WOG Christian Academy standout Dra Gibbs-Lawhorn’s collegiate team won game in NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament on Saturday, March 23

On Saturday, March 23, former WOG Christian Academy standout Dra Gibbs-Lawhorn’s current collegiate team the Illinois Fighting Illini won 89-63 against the Duquesne Dukes in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Omaha, Nebraska, this was the first game against the Duquesne Dukes during the championship.

The Illinois Fighting Illini’s next game will take place on Thursday, March 28 at 9 p.m. in Boston, Massachusetts against Iowa State Cyclones.
