Winona State University announces Carly Moon ties for 36th at NCAA DII Women's Golf Regional

LARCHWOOD, Iowa – Carly Moon wrapped up the NCAA Division II Women's Golf Central Regional with a three-round score of 233 (+17). 

Moon's 233 (79-77-77) put her in a tie for 36th individually out of 50 golfers. Yasmin Hang from Northeastern State earned medalist honors with a 212 (-4).

After an opening round 79 (+7), Moon carded back-to-back rounds of 77 (+5). Across the three rounds, Moon was +4 on par 3s, +9 on par 4s, and +4 on par 5s. 

In total, Moon made 31 pars, three birdies, and 20 bogeys across the 54-hole tournament. 

Moon, a junior from Baraboo, Wis., earned seven top-10 finishes this season including a repeat medalist performance at The Watkins Invitational in September.
