Williamsville South High School standout Amari DeBerry’s collegiate team won game in NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament on Saturday, March 23

On Saturday, March 23, former Williamsville South High School standout Amari DeBerry’s current collegiate team the UConn Huskies won 86-64 against the Jackson State Lady Tigers in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Storrs, Connecticut, this was the first game against the Jackson State Lady Tigers during the championship.

The UConn Huskies’ next game will take place on Monday, March 25 at 6 p.m. in Storrs, Connecticut against Syracuse Orange.
