Wheaton Academy standout Max Scharnowski’s collegiate team won game in NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament on Thursday, March 28

On Thursday, March 28, former Wheaton Academy standout Max Scharnowski’s current collegiate team the Alabama Crimson Tide won 89-87 against the North Carolina Tar Heels in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Los Angeles, California, this was the first game against the North Carolina Tar Heels during the championship.

The Alabama Crimson Tide’s next game will take place on Saturday, March 30 at 5:50 p.m. in Los Angeles, California against Clemson Tigers.
