OXFORD, Miss.  – The Memphis Tigers track & field teams wrapped up a busy weekend of competition at the Ole Miss Classic in Oxford and the Raleigh Relays in Raleigh, N.C. on Saturday night.

"Sam [Lenton] and Will [Dibo] in the discus were a couple big highlights," head coach Kevin Robinson said. "Both very, very solid regional-qualifying marks, as well as Amber [Simpson] in the hammer. Zach and Tate Wyatt ran very well in the steeple, Zach's second race ever under 9:00. Jada [Shanklin] tied her lifetime best with another very solid qualifying mark in the high jump. Tysean [Baronette] ran well in the 100 and 200-meter races. Chloe [Figgins] had a solid 10K run at Raleigh. Probably missing a few, but we definitely posted some solid performances."
