The NCAA D3 Softball Championship Tournament is ready to begin with the collegiate team of former Brookfield High School Emma Sands participating

Former Brookfield High School player and current Eastern Connecticut State Warriors pitcher, Emma Sands, will compete in the NCAA D3 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number four seed against the first seeded Virginia Wesleyan Marlins.

The first game is on Thursday, May 16.
