The NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament is ready to begin with the collegiate team of former NSU University School Alyssa Grimes participating

Former NSU University School player and current Lander Bearcats, Alyssa Grimes, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number five seed against the fourth seeded Lenoir-Rhyne Bears.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
