The NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament is ready to begin with the collegiate team of former Newsome High School Jada Smallwood participating

Former Newsome High School player and current East Stroudsburg Warriors utility player, Jada Smallwood, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number one seed against the eighth seeded Bowie State Bulldogs.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
