The NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament is ready to begin with the collegiate team of former Derby High School Mariah Wheeler participating

Former Derby High School player and current Washburn Ichabods outfielder, Mariah Wheeler, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number six seed against the third seeded Central Oklahoma Bronchos.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
