The NCAA D2 Baseball Championship Tournament is ready to begin with the collegiate team of former Prior Lake High School Derek Kay participating

Former Prior Lake High School player and current Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks infielder, Derek Kay, will compete in the NCAA D2 Baseball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number eight seed against the first seeded Central Missouri Mules.

The first game is on Thursday, May 16.
