The NCAA D2 Baseball Championship Tournament is ready to begin with the collegiate team of former Lambert High School Jonathan Smith participating

Former Lambert High School player and current Young Harris Mountain Lions infielder, Jonathan Smith, will compete in the NCAA D2 Baseball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number five seed against the fourth seeded UNC Pembroke Braves.

The first game is on Thursday, May 16.
