The NCAA D2 Baseball Championship Tournament is ready to begin with the collegiate team of former Bloomingdale Senior High School Nico Saladino participating

Former Bloomingdale Senior High School player and current Tampa Spartans shortstop, Nico Saladino, will compete in the NCAA D2 Baseball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number one seed against the eighth seeded Savannah State Tigers.

The first game is on Thursday, May 16.
