The City College of New York Announces Beavers Fall in Midweek Matchup at Centenary

Hackettstown, NJ - The CCNY baseball team dropped a midweek non-conference matchup on Wednesday afternoon, falling on the road to Centenary University, 10-1. With the loss, the Beavers fall to 9-17 on the season.

Jonathan Rivera drove in the Beaver's lone run in the first inning on an RBI ground-out. Tyler DiBlasi, Kevin Budzinski, and Alex Montanile each tallied a hit in the game.

Freshman  Ismael Jimenez took the loss working 5.1 innings on the mound with three strikeouts.

Next, the Beavers return to conference play on Sunday, April 30, taking on Lehman College in a doubleheader.
