Payton Verhulst, former Bishop Miege High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Saturday, March 23 in Division I NCAA Basketball Championship Tournament

On Saturday, March 23, former Bishop Miege High School standout Payton Verhulst’s current collegiate team the Oklahoma Sooners won 73-70 against the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Bloomington, Indiana, this was the first game against the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles during the championship.

The Oklahoma Sooners’ next game will take place on Monday, March 25 at 5:30 p.m. in Bloomington, Indiana against Indiana Hoosiers.
