Location: Fuller Track & Field Complex / Lubbock, Texas 

LUBBOCK, Texas – The Oral Roberts track and field program opened its 2023 outdoor season at the Masked Rider Open in Lubbock, Texas on Saturday. News and Notes

• Adrena Mazzei claimed the event title in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:33.58. 
• Deborah Mazzei recorded a runner-up finish in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:10.82.
• On the men's side, Erik Flores Burciaga claimed the title in the 5000 meter run with a time of 14:55.77.
• Abraham Sargent captured the lone field event medal for ORU after placing third in the javelin throw with a mark of 63.77 meters.
• Kevin Jackson ran a personal best in the 100 meter dash with a time of 10.56.
• In the 400 meter hurdles, Henry Falls set a new personal best with a time of 53.90.
