MANHATTAN, Kan. – The Oral Roberts track and field program captured five event titles Saturday afternoon at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational at Ahearn Field House in Manhattan, Kansas. 

 News and Notes

  • Kevin Jackson picked up his third event title of the indoor season after winning the 60 meter dash with a time of 6.79. The senior's 6.79 mark currently ranks first among the Summit League this season.
  • Henry Falls earned the title in the 400 meter dash with a time of 51.31, marking his first win of the year and a new personal-best.
  • For the second time this season, Godfrey Chama claimed the top spot in the 800 meter run as the senior finished with a season-best time of 1:54.55. 
  • On the women's side, Madison Karrigan claimed the first event title of her career after racing to a time of 2:18.61 in the 800 meter run.
  • Macey Penner rounded out the event winners for ORU as the freshman claimed the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:47.78, marking her second title of the season.
  • Overall, the Golden Eagles registered 12 top-3 finishes on the day.
