On Wednesday, January 24, GBB Academy standout Nigel Okwakol competed in NCAA D2 game

On Wednesday, January 24, former GBB Academy standout, Nigel Okwakol’s current college team, the Lees-McRae Bobcats, lost 71-80 in their NCAA D2 game against the Converse Valkyries.

The game took place in Banner Elk, North Carolina. This was the first matchup against the Converse Valkyries this season.

The Lees-McRae Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, January 27 at 4 p.m. in Wilson, North Carolina.
