On Thursday, March 21 former Lone Peak High School Steven Ashworth competed in hopes to reach NCAA Division I Basketball Championship

On Thursday, March 21, former Lone Peak High School standout Steven Ashworth’s current collegiate team the Creighton Bluejays won 77-60 against the Akron Zips in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, this was the first game against the Akron Zips during the championship.

The Creighton Bluejays’ next game will take place on Saturday, March 23 at 8:40 p.m. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania against Oregon Ducks.
