On Thursday, March 21 former Az Compass Preparatory School DaRon Holmes II competed in hopes to reach NCAA Division I Basketball Championship

On Thursday, March 21, former Az Compass Preparatory School standout DaRon Holmes II’s current collegiate team the Dayton Flyers won 63-60 against the Nevada Wolf Pack in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Salt Lake City, Utah, this was the first game against the Nevada Wolf Pack during the championship.

The Dayton Flyers’ next game will take place on Saturday, March 23 at 10:45 a.m. in Salt Lake City, Utah against Arizona Wildcats.
