On Sunday, March 31, former La Jolla Country Day High School Te-Hina Paopao collegiate team won in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament

On Sunday, March 31, former La Jolla Country Day High School standout Te-Hina Paopao’s current collegiate team the South Carolina Gamecocks won 70-58 against the Oregon State Beavers in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Albany, New York, this was the first game against the Oregon State Beavers during the championship.
