On Saturday, March 30 former Mount Saint Joseph High School Amani Hansberry competed in hopes to reach NCAA Division I Basketball Championship

On Saturday, March 30, former Mount Saint Joseph High School standout Amani Hansberry’s current collegiate team the Illinois Fighting Illini lost 77-52 against the UConn Huskies in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Boston, Massachusetts, this was the first game against the UConn Huskies during the championship.
