On Saturday, March 30 former Homestead High School Ayanna Patterson competed in hopes to reach NCAA Division I Basketball Championship

On Saturday, March 30, former Homestead High School standout Ayanna Patterson’s current collegiate team the UConn Huskies won 53-45 against the Duke Blue Devils in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Portland, Oregon, this was the first game against the Duke Blue Devils during the championship.
