On Saturday, March 23, former Myers Park High School Duwe Farris collegiate team won in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament

On Saturday, March 23, former Myers Park High School standout Duwe Farris’ current collegiate team the North Carolina Tar Heels won 85-69 against the Michigan State Spartans in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Charlotte, North Carolina, this was the first game against the Michigan State Spartans during the championship.

The North Carolina Tar Heels’ next game will take place on Thursday, March 28 at 8:30 p.m. in Los Angeles, California against Alabama Crimson Tide.
