On Saturday, March 23, former Marie Sklodowska Curie Metro High School Justin Harmon collegiate team won in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament

On Saturday, March 23, former Marie Sklodowska Curie Metro High School standout Justin Harmon’s current collegiate team the Illinois Fighting Illini won 89-63 against the Duquesne Dukes in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Omaha, Nebraska, this was the first game against the Duquesne Dukes during the championship.

The Illinois Fighting Illini’s next game will take place on Thursday, March 28 at 9 p.m. in Boston, Massachusetts against Iowa State Cyclones.
