On Saturday, March 23 former Iowa City High School Rose Nkumu competed in hopes to reach NCAA Division I Basketball Championship

On Saturday, March 23, former Iowa City High School standout Rose Nkumu’s current collegiate team the Marquette Golden Eagles lost 67-55 against the Ole Miss Rebels in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Notre Dame, Indiana, this was the first game against the Ole Miss Rebels during the championship.
