On Saturday, March 23, former East Clarendon Middle/High School Talaysia Cooper collegiate team won in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament

On Saturday, March 23, former East Clarendon Middle/High School standout Talaysia Cooper’s current collegiate team the Tennessee Lady Volunteers won 92-63 against the Green Bay Phoenix in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Raleigh, North Carolina, this was the first game against the Green Bay Phoenix during the championship.

The Tennessee Lady Volunteers’ next game will take place on Monday, March 25 at 4 p.m. in Raleigh, North Carolina against North Carolina State Wolfpack.
