On Monday, March 25, former Bishop McNamara High School Qadence Samuels collegiate team won in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament

On Monday, March 25, former Bishop McNamara High School standout Qadence Samuels’ current collegiate team the UConn Huskies won 72-64 against the Syracuse Orange in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Storrs, Connecticut, this was the first game against the Syracuse Orange during the championship.

The UConn Huskies’ next game will take place on Saturday, March 30 at 5 p.m. in Portland, Oregon against Duke Blue Devils.
