On Friday, March 29 former Shoemaker High School J'Wan Roberts competed in hopes to reach NCAA Division I Basketball Championship

On Friday, March 29, former Shoemaker High School standout J'Wan Roberts’ current collegiate team the Houston Cougars lost 54-51 against the Duke Blue Devils in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Dallas, Texas, this was the first game against the Duke Blue Devils during the championship.
