On Friday, March 22 former Springside Chestnut Hill Academy Al Amadou competed in hopes to reach NCAA Division I Basketball Championship

On Friday, March 22, former Springside Chestnut Hill Academy standout Al Amadou’s current collegiate team the Marquette Golden Eagles won 87-69 against the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Indianapolis, Indiana, this was the first game against the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers during the championship.

The Marquette Golden Eagles’ next game will take place on Sunday, March 24 at 12:10 p.m. in Indianapolis, Indiana against Colorado Buffaloes.
