On Friday, March 22 former Episcopal High School Izzy Besselman competed in hopes to reach NCAA Division I Basketball Championship

On Friday, March 22, former Episcopal High School standout Izzy Besselman’s current collegiate team the LSU Lady Tigers won 70-60 against the Rice Owls in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, this was the first game against the Rice Owls during the championship.

The LSU Lady Tigers’ next game will take place on Sunday, March 24 at 2 p.m. in Baton Rouge, Louisiana against Middle Tennessee Lady Raiders.
