Newberry College announces Softball Moves Doubleheader with Catawba up to Thursday

Due forecasted weather in the Salisbury, North Carolina area, the Newberry College softball team (24-13, 10-6 SAC) has moved their Friday, April 7 road doubleheader with the Catawba Indians (19-13, 7-7 SAC) up to Thursday, April 6. First pitch is now scheduled for 2 P.M.

The Wolves enter the contest 2.5 games in front of the eighth-place Indians. In conference play, the Wolves hold a .625 winning percentage. Catawba is .500 in South Atlantic Conference play.
