Mount St. Mary's University announces Mount Men's Tennis Downed at Jefferson on Friday Afternoon

Box Score Philadelphia, Pa. (February 17, 2023)--The Mount St. Mary's men's tennis team fell at Jefferson, 7-0, on Friday afternoon at the Legacy Tennis Center in Philadelphia. The Mount drops to 0-4 on the season.
In doubles play, Jefferson swept the three matches to collect the doubles point. The Mount's duo of Ryan Isgett and Marcel Cronin had the closest match, falling 7-5 at the No. 3 doubles spot. In singles play, Elliot Stevens lost to German Lopez Andujar, 6-3, 6-4, at No. 1 while Filippos Zachiotis dropped a 7-5, 6-2 decision at No. 2 singles.
The Mountaineers are next in action at Howard on Sunday.
