Morehead State Eagles announces Women's Golf Readies Itself for OVC Championship

MOREHEAD, Ky. – Women's golf looks to end their season on a high note when they tee off at the Ohio Valley Conference Championship Sunday.

Freshman Ruth Tonnessen heads the Eagle lineup after a successful year, claiming three top-5 finishes, including a first place finish at the Spring Break Shootout.

Olivia Hensley, MacKenzie Neal, and Hanna Montgomery return to Muscle Shoals, looking to improve on last season's result, where the team finished tied for second by a single stroke.

Tuva Marie Isebakke rounds out the quintet and will see her first OVC tournament action.

The three-day, 54-hole tournament tees off from RTJ Fighting Joe Course in Muscle Shoals, Ala.
