Morehead State Eagles announces Isebakke Claims Top-25 Finish as Women's Golf Wraps Up Play at AGT Invitational

MOREHEAD, Ky. – Women's golf wrapped up play Wednesday afternoon at the Any Given Tuesday Invitational, finishing ninth in the field.
As a team, the Eagles carded rounds of 302-302-302-906, and were successful on par 5 scoring and notched 157 pars throughout the three-day event.
Led by Tuva Marie Isebakke, the freshman notched her second career top-25 finish after fashioning rounds of 71-77-75—223. Isebakke led the team in pars with 36 and was successful on par 5 scoring, where she averaged 4.83.
Fellow freshman Ruth Tonnessen notched a top-30 finish after firing rounds of 79-74-73-226 and had success on par 3 scoring, averaging 3.13. Olivia Hensley carded rounds of 72-77-79—228, and the two were also tied with seven birdies through the event.
MacKenzie Neal fired rounds of 80-75-77—232 and was second on the team in par 3 scoring, while Hailey Rietz carded rounds of 88-76-77—241 and had 31 pars throughout the event.
The Eagles return to the links Monday at the Colonel Classic. The two-day tournament tees off from University Club of Arlington in Richmond, Ky.
