Millersville University announces Millersville's Lugiano named GCAA PING All-Atlantic Region

NORMAN, Okla. — NCAA Division II PING All-Region honorees have been announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA), and Millersville University's Bobby Lugiano was among the honorees. 

Lugiano was one of just 12 golfers named PING All-Atlantic Region. It is the first all-region honor for the Marauder junior who led the team with stroke average of 74.48 which ranks fifth in program history. Lugiano posted eight top-10 finishes in 2022-23, including a 10th-place finish at the PSAC Championships. 

Lugiano led Millersville to its first NCAA Super Regional berth since 2019 where he placed in a tie for 23rd.
