Middle Tennessee State University announces Blue Raiders Complete First Outdoor Meet at Auburn

AUBURN, Ala. – Middle Tennessee men's and women's track and field teams wrapped up their first outdoor meet today hosted by the Auburn Tigers.
 
Men's Top Performances 
· Alaba Akintola placed first in the men's 100m with a time of 10.28s.
·Molutsi Mohlouwa placed second in the men's 1500m with a time of 3:52.73s.
·Hillary Kimaiyo finished second in the men's 800m race with a time of 1:52.84
 
Women's Top Performances 
·Glory Nyenke placed first in the women's 400m race with a time of 54.17s.
·Faith Nyathi finished second in the women's 1500m race with a time 4:34.36s.
· In the women's 3000m race Agnes Chepkurui finished second as well with a time of 10:19.50s.
 
Next up
The men's and women's teams will be in Raleigh, North Carolina for the Raleigh Relay's on March 23-25.
