Lee University announces Williams Named GSC Freshman of the Week

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.-After helping lead the Flames to a 2-2 record last week, JJ Williams was named Gulf South Conference freshman of the week. Williams made the most of his at bats this week. He was 2-for-6 at the plate with two home runs and 6 runs batted in. He was also walked once and had three total runs scored.

This week, the Flames will host Mississippi College for a GSC series at Larry Carpenter Stadium. First pitch is scheduled for 6 PM on Friday, March 24.
