Lee University announces Cloud Named GSC Freshman of the Week

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.-For the third time this season, Malachi Cloud has been named Gulf South Conference freshman of the week. He hit .538 this week going 7-for-13 from the plate. In the second game against CBU he hit three home runs which tied a Lee school record. He had five runs batted in and seven runs scored. He was walked once and hit by three pitches . Cloud also went a perfect  4-for-4 in stolen bases.

The Flames will host the Shorter University this weekend with the series starting on Friday, April 28. First pitch is set for 6 PM at Larry Carpenter Stadium.
