During Le Moyne's doubleheader sweep of Saint Rose at home on Tuesday, Benderski tallied a walk and a run scored in game one, then she delivered a three-run home run in the second half of the doubleheader, which resulted in a 6-5 Le Moyne win.
The rookie from Minnesota provided Le Moyne's lone RBI during game one at Assumption on a sacrifice fly to deep center field.
Benderski recorded an RBI double and an RBI single during Le Moyne's 5-3 win against AIC on Saturday, then she drew four walks and scored two runs with a double in game two as the 'Phins earned a 19-0 victory to claim their fourth NE10 doubleheader sweep of the 2023 campaign.

Benderski is seventh in the conference, and first among conference rookies with 14 RBIs during NE10 battles this season. Senior first baseman Mckenzie Bergdoll leads the league with 18 runs batted in through 16 conference contests.
Benderski is second among NE10 rookies with six extra-base hits during conference games, and first among NE10 rookies in total RBIs. She is the ninth different first-year player to earn the NE10's Rookie of the Week award in 2023, as no NE10 Rookie has earned the weekly honor more than once so far this season.
Redshirt-junior right-hander Laura Bennett (Corning, N.Y./Corning-Painted Post) was named to the NE10 Weekly Honor Roll after going 3-1 with 25 strikeouts over 23.1 innings in Le Moyne's 4-2 week.
Bennett started game one of the Saint Rose doubleheader on Tuesday and tossed all 7.0 innings while allowing just three runs and five hits with seven strikeouts to lead the 'Phins to a 6-3 victory. She then delivered a dominant performance out of the bullpen during the second half of the doubleheader to earn her second win of the afternoon. Bennett entered game two against the Golden Knights with two outs in the top of the fourth with a runner on first after Saint Rose trimmed their deficit to 6-5.
The Corning native held Saint Rose to just one hit, zero runs and zero walks with five strikeouts over the final 3.1 frames to secure Le Moyne's six consecutive conference victory.
During game one at Assumption on Friday, Bennett surrendered just six hits, zero walks, and one earned run with seven strikeouts as the Dolphins fell 2-1, ending Bennett's streak of four consecutive starts with a win. Bennett threw her league-leading 17th complete game in game one against AIC on Saturday to earn her 13th victory (second-most among NE10 pitchers), and sixth NE10 win of the season. The redshirt-junior right-hander held the Yellow Jackets to six hits and one earned run with six strikeouts in 7.0 innings of work.
The Le Moyne softball team is currently sixth in the Northeast-10 Conference Standings with a 9-7 resume against NE10 opponents.
