Lander University announces Oliver Zohn named PBC Player of The Week

MARTINEZ, GA. - The Lander baseball team saw Oliver Zohn named the PBC Player of The Week, as announced by the conference office on Monday.
Zohn finished the past week with a .429 batting average, six runs, six hits, three doubles, one home run, four RBI, a slugging percentage of .857, an on-base percentage of .467, one stolen base, seven putouts and one assist.
He recorded multi-hit games twice against Young Harris. In the first game of the series, Zohn had two hits and one run. He'd follow that up with a three-hits game in the second game of the series where he'd add three runs, four RBI, two doubles, one home run, a walk and a stolen base. Zohn would also add a double and two runs in the final game against the Mountain Lions.
Lander hits the road this week to battle Anderson on Tuesday and USC Aiken to conclude the regular season starting Friday.
