On Saturday, March 23, former Mount Notre Dame standout Laila Phelia’s current collegiate team the Michigan Wolverines lost 81-72 against the Kansas Jayhawks in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Los Angeles, California, this was the first game against the Kansas Jayhawks during the championship.
