Kellen Newsome, former Brophy College Preparatory baseball player, will compete on the diamond for the NCAA D2 Baseball Championship

Former Brophy College Preparatory player and current Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks infielder, Kellen Newsome, will compete in the NCAA D2 Baseball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number three seed against the second seeded Cal State Monterey Bay Otters.

The first game is on Thursday, May 16.
