Jamie Calkins, former Cushing Academy softball player will compete with her collegiate team for the NCAA D2 Softball Championship

Former Cushing Academy player and current Saint Anselm Hawks shortstop and second baseman, Jamie Calkins, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number five seed against the fourth seeded Assumption Greyhounds.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
