J'Wan Roberts, former Shoemaker High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Friday, March 22 in Division I NCAA Basketball Championship Tournament

On Friday, March 22, former Shoemaker High School standout J'Wan Roberts’ current collegiate team the Houston Cougars won 86-46 against the Longwood Lancers in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Memphis, Tennessee, this was the first game against the Longwood Lancers during the championship.

The Houston Cougars’ next game will take place on Sunday, March 24 at 7:40 p.m. in Memphis, Tennessee against Texas A&M Aggies.
