Indiana University–Purdue University-Indianapolis announces Kamil Kozerski Named Horizon League Singles Player Of The Week

INDIANAPOLIS – Sophomore Kamil Kozerski was named Horizon League Men's Tennis Singles Player of the Week after completing the weekend undefeated in the Jags two wins. This marks Kozerski's second career player of the week award with his first coming during his freshman season.
 
Kozerski helped lead the Jags to back-to-back wins against UIC and Holy Cross this past weekend. He defeated UIC's Jai Vallurupalli at the number three singles spot in straight sets, 6-1, 6-2 then completed the weekend with a number two singles win over Holy Corss' Ciaran McCarthy in two sets, 6-0, 7-6 (5). Kozerski also helped the Jags to a doubles point against UIC with a number three doubles win with partner Nick Moody, 6-3.
 
The sophomore along with the rest of the IUPUI men's tennis team will begin their three-match trip in Orlando when they face Creighton on Friday, March 10 at 11:30 AM.
