Our training volume is high, at the moment, so our focus is to continue hitting key workouts, and prepping towards the Empire 8 Championships," said Coach Hager about the RIT meet.

The track & field teams will be back in action on Friday and Saturday, February 3rd and 4th,  at SUNY Brockport.
