Hood College announces Women’s indoor track and field in split squad action

The Hood College women's track and field team as in action at both the Frank Colden Invitationa at Ursinus College and the Liberty Open at Liberty University.  

Frank Colden Invitational  

• Chloe McQuillen (Ijamsville, Md./Urbana) placed eight in the pentathlon event. She finished with a score of 1630. In the high jump, she came in third with a height of 1.36 meters for 470 points.  

Liberty Open 

• Tay Zechman (Lebanon, Pa./Lebanon) tied for 15th out of 38 in the weight throw. Her best throw had a distance of 11.88 meters.  
• Shayna Hancock (Indian Head, Md./North Point) was second in the 400- meter hurdles with a time of 1:18.87.  
• Aylene Noy (Frederick, Md./Tuscarora) finished with a time of 11:33.83 in the 3000-eter run. Her score is third in school history.   

Notes 

Hood was 24th at the Frank Colden Invitational. 

No team scores were recorded at Liberty.
