Former Ledford Senior High School standout Zalma Ontiveros’ collegiate team to play for NCAA D2 Softball Championship starting Thursday, May 9

Former Ledford Senior High School player and current Lenoir-Rhyne Bears third baseman, Zalma Ontiveros, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number four seed against the fifth seeded Lander Bearcats.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
