Courtney Whitson, former Dobyns-Bennett High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Friday, March 22 in Division I NCAA Basketball Championship Tournament

On Friday, March 22, former Dobyns-Bennett High School standout Courtney Whitson’s current collegiate team the Middle Tennessee Lady Raiders won 71-69 against the Louisville Cardinals in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, this was the first game against the Louisville Cardinals during the championship.

The Middle Tennessee Lady Raiders’ next game will take place on Sunday, March 24 at 2 p.m. in Baton Rouge, Louisiana against LSU Lady Tigers.
