College of the Holy Cross announces Men's Track and Field Place Seventh at Patriot League Championship

The Holy Cross men's track and field team earned a seventh-place finish, totaling 23 points at the Patriot League Championship on Saturday.
MEET HIGHLIGHTS:
- Junior Mike Mazzocca finished second in the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.37.
- Freshman Liam Lyons placed eighth in the 1500m with a time of 3:54.64.
- Senior Sean Flaherty tied his personal best in the 400m hurdles with a time of 54.57, placing fifth.
- The 4x100 relay with sophomore Aidan Bergin, freshman Nyeoti Punni, sophomore Josh Exantus and Mazzocca placed sixth with a time of 42.02.
- The 4x400 relay team with Flaherty, junior Matthew Conway, sophomore Stephen Joseph and junior Rigoberto Alfonso placed eighth with a time of 3:22.81.
